Licensing our Apps

The Clever Dynamics apps are essentially licensed in the same way as Dynamics 365 Business Central – making them straightforward to administer and completely transparent.

If you are using Dynamics 365 Business Central on a perpetual license, Clever Dynamics can be licensed in the same way. The only ongoing cost in Year 2 and beyond is the annual maintenance.

If you are using Dynamics 365 Business Central on a subscription license, the Clever Dynamics apps are again licensed in exactly the same way – on a per user per month basis for as long as you wish to have the application.
